A good small business site answers the questions your customers ask most, shows your best work, and makes it easy to take the next step. Depending on your plan, that can include:

- A blog or gallery, on Standard and up
- A simple online store with up to 20 products, or online booking, on Plus, connected to a service in your own account
- Local search setup, so nearby customers find you

Plans that fit.
Personal, from $2,000: up to 3 pages with a contact form. A café on Personal gets Home, About and Menu.
Standard, from $3,500: up to 6 pages with a blog or gallery, and the plan most businesses start with.
Plus, from $5,000: up to 8 pages with a simple online store or booking, and up to 10 content edits a month included until your own editor login is ready (coming soon).
Custom, by quote: a store and booking together, a member area or a larger site. Most start at $7,500. Compare every plan.
Add only what you need
No surprise fees.
Every plan comes with its base features. Add only the extras you want, on any plan, and your fixed quote lists each one. Popular add-ons for local businesses include Google Business Profile setup from $200, business email at your own domain from $100, domain setup or transfer from $75, and copywriting from $250 a page.
Payments are simple: under $5,000, it is 50% to begin and 50% at launch. At $5,000 or more, it is 40%, 30% and 30%. There are no setup fees.
After launch
Hosted and looked after.
Sites we host are on our Hosting plan for $50 a month, with SSL, software and security updates, daily off-site backups, uptime monitoring and a real person if anything goes wrong. Want more help? See our website care plans.

Do you build sites outside Asheville?
Yes. We are based in Buncombe County, North Carolina, and the whole process runs by private chat and email, so location is never a problem.
Who supplies the words and photos?
You do, and we guide you on what each page needs. Copy direction comes with every plan, and full copywriting is an add-on, from $250 a page. We can also use free-to-use stock photos at no extra charge.
Can I use my own hosting?
Yes. Once the project is paid in full, we give you a full copy of your site with a step-by-step handoff guide.
Can you build an app too?
Yes. Apps start from $4,000. Get a website and an app together and save 10% on the smaller build. See app pricing.
